Q How can I get some samples?
A We are honored to offer you samples.
1, If we have the samples in stock, we will provide you with a sample free of charge and you just need to pay the freight for the sample.
2, If you want to custom samples according to your requirements and designs, you need to pay the sample fee and freight, anyway the sample fee will refund you after you place the order.

Q What are your minimums?
A We will work with minimums as low as 500 per style and color. There will be additional charges for less than 500 pieces. Generally, the best price requires a minimum order quantity of 1000.

Q What are some upfront costs?
A The main upfront costs are prototype production and shipping.

Q What is your lead time?
A The lead time is usually 90 days after confirming the order. Because garment manufacturing has low and peak seasons, the time can be shortened in the low season, while the time might be longer in the peak season.

Q Can you give me a price quote by email?
A Yes, but we need our clients to provide clear and precise pictures or samples, fabric and accessories descriptions, size charts, or detailed tech pack (Technical Packet or Specification Sheet). We cannot work with only a sketch.

Q Can you develop prototypes?
A We are passionate about helping new designers successfully start their brands. While we are technically capable of producing samples for any garment, our charge for the prototype will be relatively high. The salesman samples will also have increased prices compared to the standard quotation. But the pre-production sample is free after receiving the order.

Q What is your payment term?
A Within 10 days after the order is placed, a corresponding letter of credit or a 30% deposit must be paid. After the production is completed, you may appoint relevant personnel for quality inspection. After delivery, you need to pay the balance within 7 days, and we will provide the bill of lading and related documents after receiving the balance.
